The following massages are offered for 60 or 90 minutes:
Swedish Massage
Long, connecting strokes and stretching for relaxation, increased circulation, and to relieve sore muscles.
eep Tissue
Slow, deep pressure to release chronic patterns of tension in the bod.
Sports Massage Stretching, compression, and dee strokes to help remove lactic acid, and restore and relieve tired muscles following an athletic evet.
Thai Massage/Thai Yoga Therapy
Thai massage combines elements of yoga, acupressure and assisted stretching to provide a unique bodywork experience.
Prices are $55 for 60 minute massage,
and $85 for 90 minute massage, $115 for thai, which is 90 minutes. In- home massages add $15.
